AUTOMOTIVE WINDOW CARE/CLEANING INSTRUCTIONSCaring for your new window film is simple. Do not roll down your freshly tinted windows for at least three days after installation. We will place a temporary sticker reminder on the driver’s side master window switch when your vehicle is tinted. Do not clean the film for thirty days after installation. There will be visible changes during the curing period, including a cloudy look and little moisture trapped between the film and glass. Do not poke or touch your film until after the thirty day dry out time. If you have questions or concerns regarding any large air/water pockets forming or pulling up from the corners, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. For the best results you can clean your new film with a soft microfiber towel and fresh soap and water. Ammonia, ammonia-substitute chemicals and trisodium phosphate (or any phosphate) products are not recommended for repeated long-term use on window films as they can rapidly degrade the quality of the window film. It is safe to clean the exterior of your vehicle to include the exterior glass after it has been tinted. If you take your freshly tinted vehicle to a full service car wash facility, inform them not to touch the interior of your windows.

WHAT IF I SEE BUBBLE'S OR PEELING AFTER INSTALL?The curing process of the film after installation can take a few days to fully cure. It is not recommended for you to attempt to press out any bubbles or peeling edges on your own as this may void the warranty and service work to correct appropriately. If you notice any of these issues or have any immediate concerns after the installation, please do not hesitate to contact us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO INSTALL?The window tinting process does involve some curative processes during installation, therefore installation time varies depending on the vehicle size, age and film type used . We do encourage that when you schedule your appointment that you make arrangements to drop off your vehicle as the 'wait time' can vary based on our schedule load, but on average most vehicles are completed in 1-2 hours. Larger SUV's, vans or limousines can take more time due to their size.
